We're seeking a senior designer for our Marketing team who will have the opportunity to showcase their design skills on strategy, ideas, and concepts that comprise the core of our products. We believe that great design leaves a lasting impression on our prospects and customers. The ideal candidate will create these impressions by injecting beauty into everything we do while crafting elegant, usable, and powerful interfaces for strategic projects.

Key Highlights:

  • You'll take ownership of design across Marketing and Sales at a top adtech company.
  • You'll develop designs for the Top 1000 publishers, advertisers, agencies, and other partners in North America, South America, APAC, Europe.

  • You'll contribute to a large-scale digital ads marketplace handling 100+ Billion incoming requests and 400+ Billion outbound requests daily.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Visual Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX design, Product design or UX design.
  • Expertise in Figma and at least one of these design software - Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Experience designing high-stakes, strategic marketing materials for an international audience.
  • Experience creating website pages and landing pages with significant online presence.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate using internal project management tools.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
  • Experience working with business executives, product managers, and stakeholders, handing deliverables to software development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll define design and branding guidelines for Marketing and every designed output.
  • You'll understand marketing concepts, design trends, and common practices to create intuitive & performant web/mobile designs.
  • You'll mentor, manage, and guide a team of Marketing designers.
  • You'll conceptualize, guide, actively design marketing material that inspires engagement and action from premium publishers, advertisers, industry leaders in AdTech.
  • You'll collaborate with Business, Development & Marketing teams to achieve business goals.
  • You'll design and document design specifications, style guides, and design patterns.
  • You'll apply insights gained from market analysis, customer feedback, and site metrics in your designs.

We offer a competitive salary between $120,000 and $180,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications. Please ensure your portfolio is attached to your CV.
