About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Ambassador to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, addressing their needs and preferences to drive sales and loyalty.
  • Be aware of sales targets and KPIs, taking ownership to meet or exceed them through effective use of store resources.
  • Execute Brand Customer Service standards, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

About You

  • High school education is a must.
  • Prior experience in retail, preferably in a sports/fashion customer-facing environment, is an asset.
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills are required.
