About the Role:

Sr. Executive Finance is a key position at Adhikosh Financial Advisory Private Limited, responsible for leading the finance team and driving financial growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of schedules for various GL accounts assigned.
  • Monthly MIS on Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Bank Deposits, Tax assessment status, and Insurance Claims pending.
  • Lodging Insurance claims and follow-up to receive the claims in time.
  • Quarterly advance tax calculations and payments.
  • Assisting in Income Tax matters including Transfer Pricing up to assessments in coordination with consultants.
  • Coordinating various audits like Stat, Tax, TP, Internal etc., along with Asst. Manager.
  • Assisting the Manager at the time of Finalization of accounts and Tax returns.
  • Monitoring Bank Deposits for their maturity and ensuring the maximum benefit of Interest.
  • Coordinating with Secretarial consultants to ensure secretarial compliance and keep records up to date.
  • Ensuring proper backups for the Schedules to signed financials to ensure the smooth flow of Tax assessments later.
  • Ensuring the appropriate provisions are made for the assigned GL on a monthly basis.
  • Ensuring compliance of the exception raised with respect to ICFR and internal audit teams.
  • Compiling GL schedule files (Soft copies by 9th working day & Hard copies by the 20th day) & Review.
  • Ensuring correct accounting of the entries reflecting the correct division-wise balance sheet accounting.

Requirements:

  • A high level of proficiency in Financial Accounting and Accounting Standards.
  • Interactive and able to coordinate well with all the organization's departments and the auditors.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Computer savvy, with a good skill set in Excel and other MS applications.
