**Job Description**
As a skilled industrial automation professional, you will play a crucial role in developing, modifying, and troubleshooting programmable logic controller (PLC) and human-machine interface (HMI) programs using industry-standard platforms. Your expertise in interpreting electrical schematics, pneumatic circuits, and hydraulic diagrams will enable you to create effective control logic for automated machinery.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with electrical and mechanical design teams to implement control solutions, participating in factory acceptance tests (FAT), and providing technical support during machine installation and after-sales service.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, including input/output lists, control logic descriptions, and HMI screen flow. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in industrial automation, specifically in PLC and HMI programming, and proficiency with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi PLC platforms. Possession of practical knowledge in machine testing, calibration, and on-site commissioning is also essential. Furthermore, the candidate should be familiar with machinery safety standards and industrial communication protocols, such as Profibus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP. Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach are necessary to succeed in this role.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 3–4 years of experience in industrial automation, specifically in PLC and HMI programming
- Proficient with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi PLC platforms
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
- Practical knowledge in machine testing, calibration, and on-site commissioning
- Familiar with machinery safety standards and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach
- Willingness to travel for site support and commissioning when required
