Job Title: Senior Sous Chef

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency and adherence to food safety standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain high standards of cooking techniques and presentation, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Cleanliness and Organisation: Ensure the kitchen area is clean, well-organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.
Requirements
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in a senior culinary role, with a proven track record of success in menu planning, team leadership, and quality control.
