About the Role

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of success in expanding into overseas markets like the USA and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a comprehensive digital business strategy and oversee its execution.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and markets for our digital marketing services.
  3. Promote company services and act as a point of contact for new and existing clients.
  4. Perform targeting exercises to develop deep human insights and inform ways Ocularity Analytics can connect with new audiences.
  5. Establish a pipeline of core digital marketing activities aligned with the company's strong revenue targets and digital marketing goals.
  6. Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  7. Lead client presentations, negotiations, and proposal development, effectively articulating the value of our services.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven business development experience in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of the sales targets and ability to think strategically.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services, including social media management, web design, performance marketing, SEO, and design-related solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, Sales IQ, and other sales CRMs to identify and target potential clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully expanding business into overseas markets.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market trends and client needs in international markets.
