Roofing Solutions Sales Professional

ReZa Smart Build Inc, a 30-year-old renowned company in Roofing solutions, is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive/Assistant Manager.
Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed revenue targets by interacting with customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing customers with accurate information on product features, pricing, and understanding their needs.
- Regularly meeting customers to discuss their requirements.
- Answering customer inquiries, upselling, and cross-selling products.
- Offering customer insights.
- Managing customer returns.
- Reconciling cash and customer payments.
Requirements & Skills:
- Graduate degree.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Track record of achieving sales targets.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and on weekends.
- Basic computer and billing knowledge.
Additional Information:
- Job Type: Full-time, Regular/Permanent.
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday.
- Supplemental pay: Commission-based.
- Commute/Relocation: Own two-wheeler required; comfortable traveling to Peenya and around Bangalore.
Experience: 1 year of retail sales experience.
Language: English, Hindi, Kannada.
Shift Availability: Day Shift (Preferred).
Salary: ₹ 15, 00,000 per month.
