ReZa Smart Build Inc, a 30-year-old renowned company in Roofing solutions, is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive/Assistant Manager.

Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed revenue targets by interacting with customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing customers with accurate information on product features, pricing, and understanding their needs.
  • Regularly meeting customers to discuss their requirements.
  • Answering customer inquiries, upselling, and cross-selling products.
  • Offering customer insights.
  • Managing customer returns.
  • Reconciling cash and customer payments.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Graduate degree.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and on weekends.
  • Basic computer and billing knowledge.

Additional Information:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Regular/Permanent.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday.
  • Supplemental pay: Commission-based.
  • Commute/Relocation: Own two-wheeler required; comfortable traveling to Peenya and around Bangalore.

Experience: 1 year of retail sales experience.

Language: English, Hindi, Kannada.

Shift Availability: Day Shift (Preferred).

Salary: ₹ 15, 00,000 per month.
