Strategic Growth Leader for Global Tech Partnerships

At Notchup, we're pioneering a new frontier in tech talent acquisition. As we expand into new territories, we need an experienced leader to spearhead our business development efforts.
What You'll Do:
- You will be responsible for designing and executing outbound B2B sales strategies to grow our Dedicated Teams staffing business.
- Gain insight into our target ICP's operating environment, challenges, and opportunities, and identify customer needs that can be better addressed by CodeMonk's platform.
- Solely own and lead the Business Development function, defining and executing outbound strategies to generate new opportunities targeting medium to large enterprises globally.
- Identify new channels and data sources to target new prospects, create and optimize email sequences, and initiate outbound lead generation campaigns.
- Work with our HR Ops teams to fulfill these requirements and generate revenues.
- Plan monthly targets for junior members of the team and hold them accountable for the same.
- Build and scale inside sales teams in the medium-term and naturally grow as a VP to manage the entire business unit.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to assess various marketing campaign effectiveness to drive inbound and outbound leads.
- Work with Product to provide relevant market feedback and develop opportunities to improve our offerings.
Requirements:
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with at least 7 years of experience as a Business Development or Sales manager, ideally selling Dedicated Teams staffing models to tech companies in the US or Europe.
- Familiarity with our industry, direct competitors, contracting models, and regulations.
- Experience working at both corporate and startups is essential.
- A self-starter with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets and driving growth, hands-on experience with B2B lead generation through email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling.
- Able to implement sales automation and CRM tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, and others, but confident in generating sales without overly relying on these tools.
- Sensitivity to commercial and cultural differences across continents.
- Ability to perform in a small, fast-growing business with a startup mindset.
- Superb communication and persuasion skills, attention to detail, process, and reporting.
- Insight into the current tech landscape and able to rapidly understand new technologies and their impact.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
What We Offer:
- A basic salary of $80,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission structure for exceeding targets, and ESOPs for acquiring company shares and part-owning the business.
