Artificial Intelligence Team Lead

Thryve Digital Health LLP is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Team Lead to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Developer/Senior Developer who can contribute to the development and deployment of ML models for AI use cases across our platform. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 12 years of experience in ML project development with strong expertise in Python development using NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn packages.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using predictive analytics, in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, data science) to define and refine business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection to ensure optimal model performance.
- Develop and maintain robust and scalable machine learning pipelines.
- Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms for real-time and batch processing.
- Keep up with the latest advancements in AI/ML and explore new technologies and frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices for AI/ML development.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and presentations.
- 7 to 12 years of ML project experience with strong expertise in Python development using NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn packages.
- Strong understanding of and experience working with machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong understanding of and experience working with deep learning algorithms such as CNNs, RNNs, MLPs, Feed forward Neural Networks, etc.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with popular machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Experience with any public cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Cloud Run, SQL, and other GCP or equivalent cloud services will be a plus.
- Experience with Vertex AI or other AI/ML platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Good communication and articulation skills.
- Healthcare background/knowledge is a plus.
- Possion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
