
Business Operations Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive operations professional to oversee vendor relationships, guarantee timely supply of goods/services, and support seamless operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal teams.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks.
- Purchase Orders & Delivery: Ensure timely purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and payment coordination.
- Vendor Performance Monitoring: Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and escalate issues when required.
- Database Management: Maintain vendor databases, contracts, and operational records.
- Negotiations & Cost Optimization: Support procurement team in negotiations and cost optimization.
- Cash Flow Coordination: Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and payment cycles.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Assist in preparing management information reports and operational dashboards.
- Quality Standards Enforcement: Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Requirements & Skills:
- Education: Graduate in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Operations (desired).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in vendor coordination, operations, or procurement.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP tools.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
