About the Role

Jar is seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our e-commerce operations, including supply chain management, inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and finished products.
  • Optimize the supply chain process to reduce lead times and costs while maintaining product quality.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by overseeing the stocking and replenishment of products.
  • Conduct regular audits of warehouse stock to identify discrepancies and resolve inventory issues.
  • Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Oversee end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
  • Track and resolve any order discrepancies, customer complaints, or returns.
  • Generate and review invoices for accuracy, ensuring all customer orders are billed correctly.
  • Maintain organized records of all sales transactions and inventory movements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment processing and reporting.
  • Monitor warehousing activities, ensuring optimal storage conditions for jewelry items.
  • Implement best practices for warehouse management, including stock organization and security protocols.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers for warehousing and distribution.
  • Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the operations workflow and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Implement automation tools to streamline e-commerce processes, reducing manual work and errors.

Requirements

  • Any degree
  • Proficient in any spreadsheet software, specifically Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working in a cross-functional environment
