About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team as a TOSCA Automation Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end testing activities, including planning, defect management, and review of test scripts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of TOSCA test specialists and deliver high-quality results that meet business expectations.
  • Analyze and verify automated test approaches and test cases, organize and monitor defect management processes, handle changes, and conduct regression tests.
  • Collaborate with Validation Responsible to ensure compliant delivery of test artefacts and provide software defect tracking and project release status reports to stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as PI Planning, to plan, retrospect, and flag project risks and challenges.
  • Contribute to process optimization within the team and continuously maintain, develop, and improve service catalogues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in a service-based organization or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience in test management and service management.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, compliance requirements, and supported business processes.
  • Experience in working with TOSCA API, DI (Data Integrity) & ETL jobs, and developing test methods from engineering specifications.
  • Knowledge of SAP/S4HANA Logistic, finance, and other modules like PD, PS, PM, and MM business modules.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills involving multiple stakeholders with diverse interests, knowledge, cultural background, and personality.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies.
  • Strong analytical skills to isolate issues found in testing.
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
