Job Overview:

This role involves overseeing and optimizing end-to-end business operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery. It entails client management, people & performance management, cross-functional team leadership, process efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive business transformation by designing and implementing operational excellence frameworks tailored to the vertical.
  • Create and manage detailed KPI tables across all e-commerce businesses.
  • Identify and lead improvement initiatives in internal business/operational processes.
  • Implement innovation and automation for waste elimination and efficiency improvement.
  • Promote employee engagement in various operational excellence initiatives.

Service Delivery:

  • Provide support to process owners at client sites, including people management, performance tracking, financial analysis, and adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with service levels defined by clients.
  • Manage headcounts at client sites.

Project and Team Management:

  • Oversee multiple projects across different lines of business, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Lead a diverse team of 20+ members, including Business Analysts, Process Excellence Leads/AMs, and content developers.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture by setting clear goals, mentoring team members, and driving accountability.

Operational and Process Excellence:

  • Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve workflows and service delivery.
  • Work closely with Process Excellence Analysts to standardize operations, reduce inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Use data insights to track performance, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with internal and client-defined SLAs.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • At least 2 years' experience as Assistant Manager or Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated project/program management skills
  • In-depth understanding of mistake-proofing and automation tools
  • Lean Six Sigma GB certification (or BB training) is an advantage
  • E-Commerce/Internet Industry experience is beneficial
  • People management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, independent worker, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a diverse team across multiple functions
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools, reporting dashboards, and financial systems is a plus

Key Notes:

Working hours are 5 days a week within India working hours.
