In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the reliability and performance of our systems, ensuring that we meet our service level agreements. You will work closely with other departments, such as engineering and development, to implement changes and upgrades, and provide support during major events or outages.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing procedures for incident response, including creating runbooks and SOPs;">

  • Maintaining accurate records of incidents, issues, and resolutions, providing insights for process improvements;">

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with network management tools, incident management software, and agile methodologies is highly desirable.
