Recovery Specialist

We seek an experienced Recovery Specialist to drive results in our pursuit of simplifying financial literacy and credit access for millions.

This individual will empower users to take control of their credit health through personalized consulting, making them one of India's fastest-growing platforms.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Contacting delinquent customers via calls to follow up on overdue payments.
  • Managing loan portfolios across DPD buckets.
  • Offering closure, settlement, or restructuring options aligned with internal policies.
  • Maintaining calling discipline and tracking PTPs, callbacks, and payments.
  • Ensuring compliance standards are met in customer communication and data handling.
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer experience through professional communication.
  • Preparing and updating call records, daily reports, and portfolio performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in collections or recoveries, ideally in personal or business loans.
  • Prior experience in tele-calling or collections call centers is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of recovery/settlement documentation and processes.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
