Frontend Engineer Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer to lead the development, architecture, and maintenance of our modern frontend products. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience in a mission-driven company.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native app development, with a strong background in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and UI frameworks such as Material UI.

The responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development, architecture, and maintenance of all frontend apps;
  • Collaborating with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to rapidly deliver new features;
  • Owning and championing code quality, maintainability, and performance across projects;
  • Mentoring and reviewing code for junior engineers;
  • Advocating for modern frontend best practices.

Key requirements include:
