At Voxtron Solutions LLP, we are seeking an experienced ERP Solutions Sales Strategist Lead to lead our presales activities for ERP solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate with our sales, product, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the presales team and manage all presales activities for ERP solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our ERP products and their features.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of demonstrations, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Manage client relationships during the presales phase and ensure all queries are addressed.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor and guide junior presales team members.
  • Stay current with market trends and competitor offerings.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a presales role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position, specifically for ERP solutions.
  • Knowledge of odoo ERP will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in ERP modules, implementation methodologies, and integration processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
