Job DescriptionThis role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the security and compliance of Tanla's operations.
The Security Risk Specialist will be responsible for conducting internal audits, advocating controls, and guiding teams to implement them in accordance with ISO 27001:2022.
A key aspect of this role involves developing and maintaining audit checklists and documents, as well as overseeing vulnerability management.
The successful candidate will also perform configuration audits, create security baselines as required, and conduct risk assessments and impact analysis.
In addition, they will deliver cybersecurity and related training sessions for clients and internal teams.
This position requires a strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliances related to cybersecurity, including GDPR and PCI-DSS.
Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- In-depth knowledge and experience with ISO 27001:2013/2022.
- Risk assessment and ISMS expertise.
Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential.
CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification and Lead Auditor certification for ISO 27001 are highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant work experience in GRC and security roles.
Technical ExpertiseThe successful candidate will have hands-on experience with VAPT tools, including Burp Suite, Kali Linux, Nessus, Nmap, and internal vulnerability assessments.
A strong understanding of security standards and frameworks, such as NIST and PCI-DSS, is also essential.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
