Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic initiatives to drive growth in the healthcare payer segment.
  • Design and evolve AI-led technology solutions for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify and position relevant solutions and offerings.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums through thought leadership pieces and presentations.
  • Lead customer meetings and workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, and position/co-develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners, analysts, and sales teams to execute GTM strategies.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of overall industry experience, including 10+ years in the healthcare domain.
  • Proven expertise in payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscape.
  • Business analysis, solutioning, conceptualizing/driving AI-led techno-functional solutions.
  • Experience with BPAAS engagements for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interface with prospects, partners, analysts, and internal teams across geographies.
