About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at MergerWare. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing high-value pipelines and customer relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage high-value pipelines and customer relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvement to accelerate deal closures, reduce sales cycles, and increase deal sizes.
  • Participate in industry events and M&A conferences to create business opportunities.
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional collaboration to meet revenue targets and deliver seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience closing large deals in a fast-paced environment with North American enterprise customers.
  • Ability to engage in executive-level conversations and navigate complex negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Consultative selling approach with the ability to deeply understand customer business challenges and craft tailored solutions.
  • Possession of passion for technology, software, and helping businesses succeed through digital transformation.
