Creative Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Creative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Āroka.
Location: Govandi(W.)
The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month.
About the RoleThe Creative Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. This includes updating order sheets from Shopify, dispatch dates of confirmed orders, measurements from the sales team, and preparing data for final QC.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be proficient in Excel for data management and tracking. Knowledge of fabrics and their properties is a plus, as well as an undergraduate degree in fashion or related fields.
Responsibilities- Update online order sheets from Shopify.
- Verify and update dispatch dates of confirmed orders.
- Confirm measurements with the sales team.
- Organize orders in the production group based on the order sheet.
- Prepare data for final QC and oversee its completion.
- Segregate exchange/alteration parcels and inform the sales team.
- Proficient in Excel for data management and order tracking.
- Knowledge of fabrics and their properties (desired).
- Undergraduate degree acceptable; preference given to graduates in fashion or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams.
