About the Role:

The Assistant Management Representative is a key position at Zen Technologies Limited, responsible for supporting the Management Representative, Chief Information Security Officer, and Chief Compliance Security Officer in managing and maintaining compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), and Security Manual Cat-B activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Management Representative, Chief Information Security Officer, and Chief Compliance Security Officer on all QMS, ISMS, and Security Manual Cat-B related activities.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO 27001:2022, ISO 9001:2015, and CMMI V3.0 standards.
  • Document Control: Assist in the approval of documents, ISO procedures, and work instructions with the Management Representative/Chief Information Security Officer, issue them to relevant departments, and maintain records of obsolete documents.
  • Zen Process Manual: Maintain updated Zen Process Manuals and management-approved copies.
  • ISO Objectives Collection: Periodically collect ISO objectives from stakeholders, analyze results, and present them to the Management Representative/Chief Information Security Officer for review.
  • Information Security: Ensure the protection of sensitive information according to company policy.
  • Business Continuity Planning (BCP): Ensure that BCP tests are conducted as per defined schedules and review test results for effectiveness.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments as per the defined plan in accordance with ISMS and QMS standards.
  • Internal Audits: Coordinate and conduct internal audits with trained auditors, ensuring that all records are accurately maintained.
  • Non-Conformity Management: Ensure that corrective actions are taken for non-conformities (NCs) and closed within the specified time limits.
  • Management Review Meetings: Organize and schedule management review meetings as per the plan, prepare and maintain the minutes of meetings.
  • Monitoring ISO Activities: Continuously monitor and measure ISO-related activities across the organization to ensure alignment with standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Discuss the status of ISO implementation with the Management Representative/Chief Information Security Officer, provide insights, and suggest improvement opportunities.
  • Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Undertake any other tasks related to ISO, QMS, and ISMS as required from time to time.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Information Security, or related field.
  • Years of experience working in Quality and Information Security Management roles.
  • Experience with ISO certification processes.
  • Certified ISO 9001/27001 Internal Auditor (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Risk Assessment practices.
