Job OverviewWe're looking for a highly skilled and creative 3D Artist who can bring our concepts to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of industry-standard tools and software, including 3ds Max/Maya or Blender, Zbrush, and Substance Painter.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, texture maps, and UV maps that meet project requirements. They will also need to understand project requirements, conceptualise creative ideas, and create storyboards to visualise scenes and environments.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will need to collaborate with other artists in the pipeline, deliver projects on time, and meet with clients, designers, and directors to discuss feedback and reviews.

Responsibilities- Create high-quality 3D models, texture maps, and UV maps to match concepts, photo reference, and art direction.
- Understand project requirements and conceptualise creative ideas.
- Create storyboards to visualise scenes and create realistic environments for games and interactive experiences.
- Create, optimise high-poly and low-poly models to meet technical requirements of projects.
- Create UV maps for models and texture them with a good understanding of PBR workflows.
- Basically rig and weight models and characters for animation.
- Meet with clients, designers, and directors to discuss and review feedback on projects and deadlines.
- Collaborate with other artists in the pipeline and deliver projects on time.
- Your portfolio of past personal and/or professional projects.
- A strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, including 3ds Max/Maya or Blender, Zbrush, and Substance Painter.
- An ability to model animation-ready characters, props, and creatures with accurate anatomy.
- An ability to follow and adapt to stylistic guidelines set by the Lead or Art Director.
- A creative eye for composition, detail, colour, and lighting.
- Good communication, teamwork skills, and problem-solving mindset.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest software and hardware trends.
- A certificate, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in 3D modelling or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of Substance 3D Designer and Sampler is a plus.
- Knowledge of game engines like Unity is a plus.
- Knowledge of a typical game-art pipeline is appreciated.
- Knowledge of real-time lighting and rendering is also a plus.
We offer a competitive stipend of up to ₹25,000 per month. As a full-time employee, you'll work from our office in Hyderabad with daily timings from 09:00 to 18:30 IST, Monday to Saturday.
