The Role

\We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to represent our Research Department across internal and external forums. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for technical analysis. They will be responsible for providing opinions on various subjects related to Indian equities and associated derivative strategies. As a key member of our team, they will contribute to developing the technical analytics desk as a performance and thought leader in the segment through strong performance delivery, adherence to processes, and creation of high-quality research collateral.">

Responsibilities

\1. Conduct in-depth analysis of equities, indices, bonds, commodities, and currencies using technical tools.
2. Generate medium- to long-term trading recommendations and develop trading strategies based on technical calls.
3. Create detailed research reports outlining market outlook and recommendations.
4. Prepare thorough research reports on the technical outlook of various asset classes.
5. Develop long-term investment ideas and short-term trade picks for internal stakeholders.
6. Engage in client acquisition and present reports on market strategy and investment recommendations.
7. Build and lead a team of technical analysts through effective use of technology, people, and processes.
8. Maintain a research registry and logs of developed recommendations.
9. Continuously monitor recommendation strike rate with an objective to achieve industry-leading rates.
10. Establish written SOPs and process manuals to ensure scalability of the function.">

Requirements

\To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. At least 3+ years of experience in Technical Analysis, preferably with an established stockbroking firm.
2. Hands-on experience in Excel and proficiency in using technical analysis software(s).
3. Expertise in various chart patterns and technical market indicators in all segments of the market and various indices.
4. Ability to identify market trends through technical analysis.">

Salary Estimate

\The estimated salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
