Your Role

As the Head of Business Development for YellowStone, Your responsibilities will include leading a team, developing a growth strategy, evaluating the value chain, identifying new markets, negotiating with customers, and analyzing global market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales or business development strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and qualify new leads, build relationships, and convert them into paying customers.
  • Manage the entire sales or business development cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team (if applicable).
  • Oversee the sales or business development budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand our reach and market share.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with Business Development including 4 Years in managing IT sales team.
  • At least 4 years in a management role.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets in a challenging environment.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with stakeholders and customers.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to work outside standard business hours and travel extensively.
What We Offer:

An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
