Strategic Enterprise IT Solutions Sales Lead

About the Role:
The Enterprise Sales role at Ashtech Infotech (India) Pvt Ltd requires a strong connections with enterprise customers and expertise in technologies such as storage, servers, networking, and security. The ideal candidate will identify and qualify potential customers, develop business plans, and establish relationships from interest to closure. Key responsibilities include driving new business development through upselling and cross-selling, working with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue, and maintaining a disciplined approach to meeting sales and profitability targets. To succeed in this role, one must have excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, along with a deep understanding of market trends and Ashtech's solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Enterprise IT Solutions Sales:
- Prospect and qualify new customers, initiating and establishing new relationships from the interest generation stage to closure.
- New business development from existing accounts by doing upsell/cross sell.
- Work with cross-functional teams for account penetration and maximize revenue.
- Maximize revenue potential in the account directly and in collaboration with partners, OEM's, Vendors, and distributors.

Requirements:

- Techno-commercial skill is a plus.
