Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Development Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in HRBP roles and a strong track record of driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the onboarding process, conduct welcome presentations, train junior colleagues, and ensure direct reports follow standard processes.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for employee escalations related to process gaps.
  3. Conduct regular 1:1s with employees and managers from respective departments, educating them on core HR processes.
  4. Collect learning and development needs, consolidate top priorities, and follow up on execution as needed.
  5. Maintain performance review processes, tracking KPIs, and educating managers, HRs, and employees on the process.
  6. Educate managers and employees on promotion processes, manage promotions, collect feedback, and conduct 360-degree feedback.
  7. Review compensation increases, approve them with senior management, and send them to payroll.
  8. Support a healthy work environment and employee engagement, ensuring retention actions are in place.
  9. Responsible for retention and attrition processes, creating and following up on attrition channels, analyzing reasons, and discussing risks with managers.
  10. Drive global and local events, company recognition, onboarding packs, gifts, and presents.
  11. Mentor HR team members, provide performance feedback, conduct performance reviews, help develop skills, and address performance gaps.
  12. Cooperate with Compliance on labor compliance cases, such as audits, terminations, ethics investigations, etc.
  13. Analyze key metrics using HR analytics dashboards for the target population.
  14. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in HRBP roles.
  • Strong track record of driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with HR analytics and dashboards.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes a base salary, performance-based incentives, and additional benefits.
