Strategic Procurement Role at Strategi Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced purchasing manager to join our team at Strategi Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, products, and services from vendors while negotiating the best contracts and deals.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and vendors that meet our requirements
- Source materials, products, and services from multiple vendors and negotiate the best pricing agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing processes and requirements
- Establish strong relationships with key vendors to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with our company's goals and objectives
- Sourcing and procurement of raw materials, components, and finished goods from multiple vendors
- Negotiation of pricing agreements with vendors, ensuring we get the best value for our money
- Comparison of prices among three or more vendors to select the most cost-effective option
- Selection of the best vendor based on factors such as price, quality, and delivery time
- Follow-up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products
- Verification of received items against the purchase order specifications
- Preparation of purchase orders and follow-up with vendors for prompt execution
- Receipt and inspection of delivered items to ensure they meet our quality standards
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurements and negotiations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from ₹8,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
The estimated salary range has been calculated based on industry standards, considering factors such as job title, location, and level of experience required for this role.
