HR Operations Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our HR department. This role will be responsible for handling onboarding, learning and development, benefits and compliance, talent management, talent branding, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement end-to-end engagement activities as per the engagement calendar.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content as per talent branding initiatives.
- Design creatives and posters in line with brand guidelines.
- Support the HR team in conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
- Talent Management:
- Coordinate and ensure a smooth performance management process throughout the year.
- Support the HR team in culture building activities, succession planning, and employee retention strategies.
- Benefits & Compliance:
- Understand all benefits programs and handle employee queries effectively.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and rewards and recognition.
- Liaise with finance and benefit vendors to streamline documentation processes.
- E nsure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Support recruitment activities for hiring in tech and non-tech functions at Dozee.
- Assist in preliminary screening, scheduling, and managing interviews.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding formalities and processes for new joiners.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience till transition to the team.
- Learning & Development:
- Manage the training needs identification process and ensure timely trainings.
- Maintain documentation for attendance and feedback on trainings for all employees.
- Offboarding:
- Handle offboarding operations and ensure a smooth exit process.
- Register employees for Dozee Alumni.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva is a plus.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

Salary Estimate:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
