About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Consultant to join our team at SILVERLAKE PREMIUM FURNITURE. As a Furniture Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing luxury furniture items for their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in our showroom by providing product information and guidance on luxury furniture options.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable furniture items.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and warranty details to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate prices and finalize sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our design team to assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that complement their home decor.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably in the luxury furniture industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern and luxury furniture designs, materials, and brands.
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
