Sales Manager Job Description

At Melhor Group, we are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, while building strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth.

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced sales manager who can develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in promoting and selling high-end properties.
  • This role involves managing day-to-day operations of the sales team, including setting goals, delegating tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand the company's reach and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, using this information to adjust sales strategies and optimize performance.
  • Track and analyse sales metrics, preparing regular reports on team performance, market conditions, and business development activities for senior management.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the sales team, including setting goals, delegating tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand the company's reach and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement skills.
  • Experience in promoting and selling high-end properties.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in real estate Industry.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
