About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in full-stack development to contribute to the success of our company.

Estimated Salary Range
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with team members using version control systems and follow best practices for code review, branching, and merging.
  • Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of the application, and troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
  • Document technical specifications, architecture, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure maintainability of the codebase.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full stack development or related roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular).
  • Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, and frameworks like Express, Fastify.
  • Solid understanding of database design, SQL or NoSQL databases, and ORM libraries.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Experience with microservice architecture, including design, implementation, and deployment of distributed systems, with a focus on scalability, fault tolerance, and maintainability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
