About the Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced Database Lead to join our team at Equabli India Private Limited. As a Database Lead, you will play a critical role in the development and maintenance of our databases, working closely with cross-functional squads to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement database standards and best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy new database features and enhancements.
- Ensure database performance, scalability, and security through query and storage optimization.
- Develop complex queries, views, functions, and stored procedures to meet business requirements.
Requirements :
- 8+ years of experience in database development, with a strong focus on cloud environments.
- High-level understanding of RDBMS, SQL / No SQL, and VLDB management.
- Strong written/oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#) and experience with reporting tools (PowerBI, QuickSight).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
