Business Development Executive

At Rich Root Realty, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and improve results.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a B2C sales role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of cold calling, lead generation, and convincing techniques.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Excellent team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Own vehicle mandatory.
