Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will lead various projects, scale new geographies, handle demand planning, and conduct competitor analysis. They will keep a close track of international markets to identify trends and new opportunities, while also being responsible for P&L management.
This role demands problem-solving skills and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed according to plan.
- Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and clients.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee demand planning, ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in each market.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets for international operations, monitor financial performance across various markets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA from a Tier 2-3 college
- 1-2 years of experience in international business
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial management
Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
