Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to understand their insurance needs.
- Provide expert guidance on our insurance products and services, assisting clients in selecting the best options.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.
- Prepare and present reports on client activities, feedback, and market trends to management.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and client base.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relationship management or client-facing role within the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client objections with professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus.
