Key Position Summary

Expert maintenance professionals are sought after to lead engineering operations, focusing on safety, security, and asset protection for buildings and physical plant.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate all engineering activities to ensure the efficient operation of facilities.
  • Manage regulatory compliance and oversee emergency response teams for facility issues.
  • Lead capital projects, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation initiatives.
  • Ensure effective management of departmental expenses to meet or exceed budgeted targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an experienced expert with a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 4 years of experience in engineering and maintenance. Alternatively, a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or a related field is required, accompanied by 2 years of experience in engineering and maintenance.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
  • Ability to inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities.
  • Knowledge of technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Capacity to develop and manage effective facilities maintenance programs.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
