Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at InnoWave, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to the communications industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions, including Vlocity components such as OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical designs.
- Develop custom applications and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Perform data migrations and ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce Communications Cloud.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Communications Cloud (Vlocity) releases, features, and industry trends.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
- Strong experience with Vlocity components such as OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
- Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Communications Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Certified OmniStudio Developer ) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
