This is a Senior Production Engineer opportunity with BioTalent Search Private Limited in Shirwal (near Pune), India.

The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering and hold a degree in mechanical engineering. They must possess advanced knowledge of CNC programming and controllers, as well as proficiency in operating CNC machines.

The role involves setting up, programming, and supervising production operations to ensure smooth machine performance. This includes solving shop floor issues, monitoring setup times, and training operators on CNC machine operations.

A successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of tool life history and ensuring all equipment is in working condition. They must also enforce predictive maintenance schedules and monitor utility tools and equipment.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of ₹15-20 Lakhs, depending on qualifications and experience.
