Wavehire is seeking a highly skilled Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
Job SummaryAs a Senior Recruiter for Top-Tier Talent, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring that we build a high-performing team to drive our company's success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various business units and functions.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using a variety of online resources and networking.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking efforts.
  • Conduct job offer negotiations and manage the offer process.
  • Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding employment.
  • Provide guidance and support to other team members in the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment function.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment or with a real estate company.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions.
  • Experience in using social media, professional networks, and job boards for recruitment.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Capability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Certification in Recruitment or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in employer branding is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
