Marketing Role Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Bizten Enterprises Pvt Ltd. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our API and pharmaceutical products in India, the USA, EU, and ROW markets.


Key Responsibilities



  • Market Research

    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

  • Product Promotion

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products.
    • Design and create marketing materials such as product brochures, literature, and labels.
    • Travel widely to work with sales and marketing teams across India or assigned geographical regions.

  • Content Creation

    • Produce valuable and engaging content for sales and marketing teams.
    • Write articles for medical magazines, conferences, and journals.
    • Design advertisements for medical magazines and journals.

  • Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
    • Provide product training sessions for sales and marketing teams.
    • Inventory management for optimal product availability.

  • Strategic Planning

    • Develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
    • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns.
    • Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
    • Manage marketing budget and allocate funds wisely.

Requirements



  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
