This Administrative Professional position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide comprehensive support to executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
The successful candidate will assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, managing travel arrangements, and preparing documents and reports for executives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Krasan Consulting Services.
Responsibilities- Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring itineraries are well-organized and meet executive preferences.
- Documentation: Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports for the executive, compile information and data for various reports and presentations.
- Office Management: Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and organized work environment, handle administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the office.
- Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information and executive decisions, handle confidential documents and communication with discretion.
To be considered for this Administrative Professional role, you must have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
