Regional Sales Head

Job Purpose: To lead a team of experienced sales professionals in acquiring and managing a portfolio of corporate and retail banking clients, focusing on increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experience, including product delivery, account management, and customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Graduate or post-graduate degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
