Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Lending Partnership Manager for our Mumbai office. This full-time role will involve collaborating with lending partners, managing consumer financing strategies, and ensuring a seamless lending process across various channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and onboarding financial institutions such as Banks and NBFCs as lending partners, including product pitch, commercial negotiations, policy finalization, building the right journey, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard NBFCs and Banks as lenders for consumer loans, leveraging good network in relevant lenders
  • Work closely with Payment Gateways (PGs) to build pipelines for acquisitions
  • Take ownership of commercial negotiations, policy finalization, and alignment on customer journey
  • Proactively identify and implement any third-party integrations relevant for the business
  • Be the ShopSe SPOC for lender relationships, devising GTM for product launches, and creating relevant MIS reports
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Product, Tech & Legal teams) and own end-to-end responsibilities for partnerships
  • Take additional initiatives and responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • Strong background in consumer financing, lending partnerships, or financial services
  • Experience in managing lending programs, financial products, and partnership negotiations
  • Proven track record of developing and executing consumer financing strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and strategically with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

Estimated Salary Range: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum
