Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive local DD&IT strategy implementation by supporting broader DD&IT strategy through cross-functional collaboration with local digital colleagues and assisting with vision implementations.
  • Act as a trusted and consulting partner, ensuring that the business' objectives are supported by innovative DD&IT products and projects.
  • Own the local implementation of DD&IT activities and projects, managing changes when necessary, and identifying opportunities and DD&IT projects to support business growth and needs across the value chain.
  • Build a strong foundation for frontline interactions by ensuring appropriate local ownership and governance of DD&IT related projects in the affiliate, providing solutions and/or improving business processes, aligned with local business needs to ensure user satisfaction.
  • Co-ownership of user adoption in collaboration with Customer Engagement and various business units, continuously monitoring the local user adoption level within the digital product portfolio and initiating activities if necessary.
  • Provide strong leadership by setting clear direction, setting goals, and empowering team members to achieve targets.
