Job Overview

The Guest Relation Executive is a critical role at SOULHR Management Solutions LLP, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction.

  • Maintain excellent customer relations and communicate effectively with guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
  • Handle telephone calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and events to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Assist in making reservations and managing bookings.
  • Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Guest Relation Executive or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
