Project Leader Position

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of interior and architectural design projects. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Lead site supervision efforts to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.
  • Manage internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as a point of contact for clients ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients, designers, and vendors to align expectations.
Quality Assurance & Risk Mitigation:
  • Implement quality assurance procedures and enforce compliance with safety standards.
  • Proactively identify risks or roadblocks and resolve issues without compromising project goals.
Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
  • Present project status reports to senior leadership and clients regularly.
