About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cybersecurity, with experience in leading or supporting innovation initiatives, including ideation, prototyping, and product development. They will be responsible for defining a comprehensive innovation strategy, enabling the design of an innovation and research lab, and establishing frameworks for research and innovation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an innovation strategy aligned with the organization's overall cybersecurity objectives.">
  • Lead the Innovation & Simulation Lab, fostering a culture of experimentation, prototyping, and applied research.">
  • Drive strategic and operational relationships for implementation and operations of the lab.">
  • Ensure the lab operates efficiently, with effective resource allocation and project management practices.">
  • Promote the development of prototypes/toolkits and proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase new technologies.">

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in cyber innovation and simulation, with at least 8-10 years in leadership roles.">
  • Strong understanding of various cybersecurity domains, emerging trends, and disruptive technologies.">
  • Proven experience in leading or supporting innovation initiatives, including ideation, prototyping, and product development.">
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.">
