Oracle is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our Support Services Organization. As a key member of the Client team, you will provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients.

You will work in a fast-paced team environment to prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects. Your troubleshooting skills will be essential in investigating front-end applications by gathering information, using tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.

As a solutions expert, you will bring about Oracle Health's innovations and solution capabilities. Our Solution Architects are responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials across the lifecycle of a project/investigation.

Your goal is incident resolution, application maintenance, and providing tangible value outcomes that improve care delivery.

Career Level: IC3

  1. 6+ years' experience working with Enterprise Registration Management (ERM), Enterprise Scheduling Management (ESM), and integrated solution modules.
  2. Experience/exposure to Revenue Cycle Registration & Scheduling is an added advantage.
  3. Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
  4. Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
  5. Mitigate solution risks and issues.
  6. Lead client meetings and events.
  7. Drive internal team initiatives.
  8. Software implementation work experience: 3+ years.
  9. Healthcare information technology work: 3+ years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or master's degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  2. Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium.
  3. Experience on ERM/ESM and integrated solution modules.
  4. Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization.

Expectations:

  1. Travel need will be based on business (10% - 20%).
  2. Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
  3. Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
  4. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
