About the Role

We are looking for a hard-working individual with dynamic personality and decision-making skills. The individual should be adaptive towards the start-up culture and should also have good communication skills with intermediate knowledge of Excel and basic knowledge of computers. You will be working as a part of the Fraud Investigation team. As a part of a fast-growing startup, you are expected to be very proactive, process-driven, and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough and objective investigation of potential fraud activity on slice products.
  • Closely review fraud incidents received from different channels and conduct immediate investigations.
  • Initiate urgent actions as required to prevent future financial and reputational loss.
  • Monitor fraud alerts daily and take necessary action.
  • Identify fraud patterns and modus operandi from the investigation and share insights with analytics teams.
  • Coordinate with analytics teams, product teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Recommend new methods/tools to improve operational efficiency and investigation quality.
  • Plan and execute case investigations and complete investigation reports accurately within defined timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You should possess the following qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in any relevant field.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Good experience in fraud investigation, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry (not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Street-smart and ability to detect patterns.
  • Presentation skills, as you will need to talk to customers as part of the investigation.
  • Open availability and comfort with rotational shifts.
  • Comfortable working from an office environment.
